Mr. Wendrovsky has investigated, prosecuted and brought to trial medical malpractice cases, including psychiatric malpractice and burns received during kidney dialysis.

As a part of the representation of accident victims, Mr. Wendrovsky has applied the same level of dilgence, towards forcing the payment of medical bills through the filing and trial of no-fault (medical) arbitrations, and the obtaining of monies for automobile property damage claims, from automobile insurance companies.
